Nice to Meet You!
The Perfect Pair is a female owned small business that works out of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania. We started this journey in late 2019. Prior to going out on our own and making house visits, we began with "Tastings With Tam" at Sharpsville's very own Muscarella's Cafe Italia where we host wine, beer, and liquor classes for guests. These classes started selling out very quickly and we were asked by some guests to visit their home and do classes for them and their friends..and things organically fell into place for us! We quickly transitioned into adding food courses to our tastings and creating unique menus for each client. In the Spring of 2024, we began offering Meal Prep Monday services, delivering satisfying and nutritious meals to our clients for them to enjoy every week. We truly enjoy what we do, and we are hungry to share that with others! Sometimes life is rough and has a way of kicking us when we are down, so why not be enthusiastic with something as simple as food and drink to bring us happiness?

I am a very busy momma to my 6 year old daughter, Cora. She keeps me laughing and on my toes, that's for sure. When she isn't filling up my day I like to check out new restaurants, breweries, and wineries and I am not afraid to drive a distance for good food and drink! I truly enjoy cooking for others so lots of my free nights are spent cooking for my friends and loved ones. I feel at ease cooking for them so that is usually when I try out dishes I am not exactly comfortable with yet. They are my guinea pigs, but they never complain. Growing up, my mother, aunt and grandmother had a catering business. Naturally, I was free labor! With that, I got some pretty great knife skills early on. Now it's my daughter, Cora, who helps me in the kitchen. She has an open space to be creative, make mistakes, and explore her relationship with food in her own way. I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 18 years in many different roles. I gained a lot of experience and passion from co- workers along the way. I fell in love with all things wine and that is kind of where our business's journey began.

I live with my husband, Jordan, and our two rescue pups in the same neighborhood I grew up in, with my parents a street over! I really enjoy nature, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors with my husband. I take a lot of pride in making my house a home where any visitor will feel comfortable and can find a chance to recharge and relax. Being a good host has always come naturally to me. I enjoy a good cooking show, a fresh flower arrangement, and sipping on a Sazarac at my favorite bar. My guilty pleasures are watching Bravo and enjoying an ice cream treat. I grew up in the kitchen with the women in my family. That’s who I learned a lot of the “comfort food basics” from. Working in restaurants since I was 16 with some really wonderful and creative chefs has always given me inspiration, but I was never “trained”…and that is part of the beauty of what we do because we are learning every single day! Tam having a few more years of experience than me, especially in the wine department, has definitely been a stepping stone for food and wine knowledge for me. Now, I have my own things in the industry that I really connect with and expand my knowledge of on my own. Food is a wonderful way to bring people together, and that's what I love most about what I do! There is always an opportunity to create community (big or small) when yummy food is involved.
